Priya Dhawan

Co-founder, Head – Loka and Early Learning Village

The visionary behind Loka, Priya brings together purpose, passion, and deep-rooted experience in early childhood education. As the driving force behind both Loka and Early Learning Village, she crafts spaces that are immersive, intentional, and filled with wonder. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that when children are given the right environment, they flourish—emotionally, intellectually, and imaginatively.

Shaistha Pattiarimal

Head of Literacy Development & Learning Experience

Shaistha leads the design and development of all programs at Loka, ensuring they are rooted in deep learning, joy, and inclusivity. From literacy journeys to interdisciplinary experiences, she brings a thoughtful, research-backed approach to every aspect of a child’s engagement. Her work empowers children to explore their world with confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of self.

Jyoti Bhojwani

Head of Events & Strategic Marketing

From immersive workshops to signature Loka experiences, Jyoti is the creative energy behind it all. Her strategic thinking and storytelling sensibilities shape how Loka is experienced by families—always meaningful, always memorable.

Tanvi Charla

Head of Early Learning & Library Innovation

A thought leader in early years education, Tanvi curates spaces and programs that invite children into a world of inquiry, storytelling, and joyful exploration. She brings a deep specialisation in early learning for children up to 2.5 years, designing experiences that are developmentally responsive, emotionally nurturing, and play-rich. Her work at Loka’s Early Learning and Library spaces blends innovation with empathy, building strong foundations for lifelong learning.

Jyotsna Dullu

Reading Specialist & Early Literacy Coach

With a calm presence and deep understanding of early literacy, Jyotsna mentors both children and educators. She supports foundational reading skills with care and expertise, helping every child grow into a confident and joyful reader.
